Buying a vehicle is a big decision - it’s often one of the most expensive purchases people make and the second biggest overhead after a mortgage. Zuto are pioneering a change in how people finance a car and this role is crucial to helping us shape the future of car financing. We’re looking for an Automotive Partnership Manager who will develop our automotive strategy with the aim of delivering applications to agreed volumes and cost per acquisition.
You’ll be joining our dedicated team to support in the continued growth of Zuto. You’ll work closely with our Head of Partnerships to deliver the growth ambitions of the company strategy and take complete ownership of existing partners as well as acquiring new affiliate partnerships into the business.
This is a newly created role within the company following the increasing focus on growth and the uncapped potential of many untapped partners. This role will place you in the driving seat of the future of Zuto and as such you will assume significant responsibility for growth.
You’ll collaboratively work with our Head of Partnerships to manage & optimise strategic automotive relationships on a day to day basis.
Actively manage several automotive partners of which you will have full ownership.
Construct innovative ideas to further develop the channel.
Work with the wider business to develop the overall Zuto proposition.
Identify areas of drop off in campaign activity and generate plans of action to remedy.
Assess the industry and market for the recruitment of new partnerships and sources of applications to deliver incremental volumes.
Build Zuto’s presence and champion the brand.
Build strong internal relationships with all departments - sales, product, tech & compliance.
Improve conversion rates by assessing all aspects of the customer journey.
Drive a high quality of customer applications.
Live and breathe what’s going on in the motor finance sector!
Support the team across ongoing and future projects.
Although the office is based in Manchester, you will also be required to meet with current partners on a quarterly basis.
What we’re looking for
Flexibility is key, you’ll be required to travel to meet with partners so you must be prepared to do so.
Experience of the financial services sector and an interest in motoring and cars is desirable.
A great communicator, influencer and confident when presenting to senior management and external partners.
Good understanding of online marketing and tracking technology.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Proven ability to manage a high and complex workload, successfully meeting targets and deadlines consistently.
A good knowledge of MS office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills.
Ability and experience in seeking out new sales opportunities within new and existing relationships and driving them through to fruition.
Experience gained working in a Marketing/Affiliates role.
