In this fast paced yet fun customer-centric environment, you will take customers through the first steps of their car buying journey, putting them at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll be responsible for speaking to any new customers who have just applied, introducing Zuto, understanding what their needs and requirements are, and then passing these customers on to one of our Car Buying Experts.
It’s important that you are 100% customer focused and are happy going that extra mile making sure every call has a personal touch.

Role Responsibilities

•Supporting new customers through their first steps in the Car Buying Journey
•Ensuring the best outcome is always reached for the customer, gathering the information needed to assist our Car Buying Experts, including things like car make and model, desired loan amount and proofs of address and income.
•Meeting targets in a fast and fun environment.
•Ensuring your calls are compliant and adhere to FCA regulations.
•Being up to date on the latest in-house technology and processes.
•Constantly learning from your customers and adapting your style to meet their needs.
•Pro-active in your contact with customers.
•Working within a tight knit team, you’ll provide assistance, support and help to other team members as required and support their customers in their buying journey during periods of absence.

Skills and Knowledge

•Skilled customer experience professional who recognises the importance of outstanding service.
•Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
•Confident in managing workloads to ensure you meet targets within agreed timeframes without comprising on quality.
•Can work alone, as well as contribute to the team and work well within a collaborative customer-focused environment.
•Strong PC skills, confident in using systems and Microsoft Office.
•Excellent organisation skills.

Experience and Behaviours

•Experienced and proven professional, ideally with experience gained from the automotive or financial industry.
•Experienced in customer service or phone-based sales, ideally B2C.
• You’re a positive, proactive and motivated person who thrives in a fast paced target driven environment.
•You put the customer first and are comfortable adhering to FCA regulatory requirements.
•Positive, proactive and motivated person with a real desire to deliver.

There is a real focus on personal development and you will receive full training in FCA compliance and regulatory standards whilst gaining tangible transferable skills in many aspects of the automotive and financial services industry.

We have a variety of flexible full and part time shift patterns available, starting from 16 hours a week. Our offices are open 7 days a week, and we’re looking for people who can work a mix of mornings, evenings, weekends and full time shifts.
