This role will be helping our design guild drive this stack forwards.

Working as a member of one of our domain-aligned squads, you will have truly T-shaped skills with a focus on JavaScript development, but also be comfortable working with server-side .NET code and databases.

Understanding of what defines good quality code, including implementation of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to a team of technical experts • Ability to use techniques such as pair programming and mob programming to build solutions collaboratively • Focussed on Agile and Lean engineering principles. • A strong desire to learn, educate others and make improvements.

Stuff that’s not essential but we’d like you to have • Experience using cloud technology to host software, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools to define that hosting as part of an automated pipeline. • Experience developing resilient web services that implement RESTful standards and that can scale with demand. • Experience using techniques such as DDD to inform software design. • Experience of influencing software engineering best practices within a team.
