How did you hear about the wonders of Zuto, and when did you join the party?
I heard about Zuto via Recruitment Company, I wanted to work for a business which was growing and offered good potential. I joined back in May 2012.
How do you contribute to help customers make a better big decision?
As an assistant team leader, I spend most of my days on the phone directly with our customers. I love doing what I do because I understand the possible risks involved with buying a car, and the stress it can cause. It’s just really rewarding when a customer is offering so much thanks for helping them through this journey. . On other days, you will find me coaching members of the team, so that we can offer a really consistent service.
What's your typical day like in Zutopia?
My typical day normally starts with a nice hot cup of coffee and some porridge – fuel for the brain. Then I make sure my team know what they’re doing for the day and deal with any issues that require my attention. When that’s done, I crack on with calls, making as many of our customer happy as I can before the day ends!

The best bit about life at Zuto has to be the people we work with.
