Join our team of passionate Zutonites and help transform the car finance experience with simplicity and integrity.
Since our journey began in 2006, we've grown to a team of over 550 people — all driven by a shared purpose: to make buying a car transparent and hassle-free.
We know how important cars are in people's everyday lives — for work, family and freedom — and that's why we're proud to help hundreds of thousands of customers every year. From day one, we've been redefining what success looks like, creating something special at Zuto: a business that leaves a lasting, positive legacy.
If you're looking for a role where you can combine organisation, analysis and problem-solving to make a real operational impact, you'll fit right in. Join a collaborative team where your work directly supports the performance of our Sales, Processing and Customer Service teams.
The Role
As a Resource Planning Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customer-facing teams are resourced effectively to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll support workforce planning, scheduling and operational reporting, helping managers make informed decisions and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in workforce planning and operational performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing Zuto's Workforce Management (WFM) platform, ensuring Sales, Processing and Customer Service teams have accurate schedules, holidays and shift information.
Creating and distributing daily staffing schedules, factoring in lunches, meetings, training and operational priorities.
Managing holiday and absence approvals across all customer-facing departments.
Making intraday staffing adjustments to ensure customer demand is effectively managed as resource levels change.
Producing management information (MI) reports for senior managers and the leadership team.
Highlighting over and understaffed periods, providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Working closely with the Analytics & Insights team to ensure reporting is accurate and provides meaningful insight.
Supporting managers with workforce data to help optimise team performance and service delivery.
Taking ownership of workforce planning processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
Supporting the ongoing development of planning tools, reporting and scheduling processes.
Providing general administration and operational support to the Sales and Customer Service teams.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure planning activities run smoothly.
What You'll Need
We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and enjoys working in a fast-moving operational environment.
Previous experience in a Resource Planning, Workforce Planning or Contact Centre Administration role, ideally within a sales or customer service environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Confidence working with data and using insight to support business decisions.
A proactive, forward-thinking approach with the ability to take ownership of processes.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across different teams.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
