At Zuto, we help customers find the right car finance every day. You’ll join a fast-paced, energetic sales team, speaking to customers who have already shown an interest in financing their next car, no cold calling.

If you’ve got a proven sales background, love speaking to customers and you’re motivated by targets, earning and progression, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Speaking to customers and building relationships over the phone.

• Helping customers through their car finance journey from application to getting their new car.

• Working towards sales targets and earning uncapped commission.

• Liaising with lenders and dealerships to keep applications moving.

• Understanding what customers need and finding the right solution for them.

• Keeping customer information accurate and up to date on our systems.

• Working in a high-energy team where performance and success are celebrated.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are confident, competitive and motivated by earning and progression.

You’ll ideally have:

• At least 12 months' sales experience.

• Great communication skills and confidence speaking to customers.

• A natural ability to build rapport and influence.

• A target-driven mindset and motivation to earn commission.

• Good organisation and the ability to work at pace.

• The resilience to keep going when things don't always go your way.

Experience in B2C, B2B, contact centres, retail, hospitality, door-to-door or utilities could all work well.
